1. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Order Processing Time: After you place your order, our team will process it within 2-3 business days. This includes verifying payment, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.
  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Arizona) will be processed the following business day.
  • Note: We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use FedEx and DHL to deliver your orders, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Important: The choice of shipping carrier (FedEx or DHL) depends on your shipping location, and you will be provided with tracking details once your order is shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing & Handling Time: This refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment. For Echelon International LLC, this typically takes 2-3 business days from when the order is placed.
  • Transit Time: Once your order has been shipped, the carrier (FedEx or DHL) will handle the delivery. We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 business days from the time the package is shipped.
  • Total Shipping Time: The total shipping time for your order will be approximately 5-8 business days, which includes both processing/handling time and transit time.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Echelon International LLC only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
  • We only ship within the United States.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, your order may be delayed, or you may be asked to cover additional shipping fees.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
You can track your order via the carrier’s website (FedEx or DHL) or by clicking the Track Your Order page on our website.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at jerry@echeloninternatinaldesigns.com or (623) 456-6441 within 5 business days of the last tracking update. We will work with the carrier (FedEx or DHL) to locate the package.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at jerry@echeloninternatinaldesigns.com or (623) 456-6441. We require photographs of the damaged items to file a claim with the carrier.

8. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy, which can be viewed in full here.

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at jerry@echeloninternatinaldesigns.com or (623) 456-6441 with your order number. We will provide instructions on how to return your items.
  • Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused and unopened, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: If the return is due to a shipping issue or product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
