Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diners Club
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full card details.

In what currency are prices displayed?

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD).

When is my payment charged?

Your payment is authorized and charged immediately at checkout. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Why was my payment declined?

A payment may be declined due to:

  • Incorrect billing information
  • Bank security restrictions
  • Insufficient funds
  • Automated fraud prevention checks

If your payment fails, please verify your details or contact your financial institution. You may also contact us for assistance during business hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders.

How long does delivery take?

  • Order Processing Time: 2–3 business days
  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

Orders placed after business hours are processed on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Which carriers do you use?

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as FedEx and DHL, depending on destination and logistics availability.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses

Please provide a valid residential or business street address at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package is:

  • Lost: Contact us within 5 business days of the last tracking update.
  • Damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the case and work with the carrier to determine an appropriate resolution.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

What items qualify for return?

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • With all tags (if applicable)

Used, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return.

How do I request a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if reporting damage or defect)

Return instructions will be provided after review.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will provide return shipping assistance.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Where should returns be sent?

Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided after your request is approved.
Please do not send items back without authorization.

How long do refunds take?

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Your bank may require additional time to post the refund.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:

  • Return the original item (if eligible), and
  • Place a new order separately.

Can partial refunds be issued?

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where returned items are not in original condition or do not fully meet return requirements.

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet entered processing or shipping.

How do I request a cancellation?

What if my order has already shipped?

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
However, you may request a return after delivery under our 30-day return policy.

How long do cancellation refunds take?

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
