Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Window

At Echelon International LLC, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
  • If your order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase

Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

3. Cancellation Confirmation

  • Once we receive your request, we will review the status of your order.
  • If the order has not yet been processed, we will approve the cancellation.
  • You will receive written confirmation via email once your cancellation has been successfully completed.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will notify you and provide guidance on initiating a return after delivery.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be canceled if:

  • The 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
  • The order has already been processed.
  • The order has been shipped or dispatched.

In such cases, customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the item.

6. Policy Updates

Echelon International LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the updated effective date and will be posted on this page.
