If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-day return and refund policy. 1. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition with all packaging, tags, and labels intact.
  • Unopened items (for health, personal care, and hygiene products, the return is void if the packaging is tampered with).
  • Not marked as "final sale" or non-returnable items.

Note: Items that are used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement, depending on your payment method and bank's processing time.
  • If an item is returned in used condition or without its original packaging, we may offer a partial refund.

5. Restocking Fees

Echelon International LLC does not charge any restocking fees for returns. We aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return an item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

For an exchange:

  2. After receiving your refund, place a new order on our website for the desired product(s).
